" I present Pass The Blog2. Just like the first project, this project is inviting 52 teachers to allow their pupils to take control of this blog for 1 week. Each week, a new school or class will take control of this blog and over the year, this blog will travel the globe and will come back full of wonderful posts and comments. The overall admin control of the blog will be overseen by David Mitchell. Each teacher will receive a log in prior to their week with limited admin rights (to approve pupil posts) and a pupil log in set at contributor rights (allowed to submit posts)."

Celebrating Sant Jordi!

Yesterday, in our Spanish class, we celebrated Sant Jordi. Here is a n important day.

Hello and good afternoon,

The students of Castellnou will go tomorrow on a trip!!! We will go to Terrassa to visit the Textil Museum and a park called Vallparadís.

In the Textil Museum we are going to learn about the colours used in the clothes. We are going to investigate about natural colours.

We are the students of the High Cycle from Castellnou de Seana. We've got some questions for you:

Our teacher everyday projects in the interactive board an image and give us an excuse to write. Everyday is a surprise! Everyday is a different kind of text and with different intentions...

And the question has been: Congratulations! You have won a prize! A special furniture shop design your perfect room. You could think whatever you want but be careful with the description. You have to write all the details if you don't write it the shop assistants will do whatever they want.

Today the teacher have projected some images on the interactive board.
One by one we have spoken about one of the image. The image was a surprise.
The images were very odd and funny.
We laughted a lot and we have improved our oral Spanish.... Usually, we speak Catalan, not Spanish.

Today is "Dijous Gras". This is a special Carnival's day here in Catalonia (Spain).
We have gone to the park to eat the tipical food of this day : omelette sandwich.
We have eaten a sort of omelettes: spinachs, with cheese, with ham, potatoes omelette...

    Glogster is a programme in internet where you can create a poster. Glogster is a presenteixon of a project.To created a glogster you need having a count. We’ve created some glogsters. It’s been very fun. We’ve made glogsters of famous people.

In the page of glogster you can choose  music to stick on the page of this programme. You can decorate the photos of the page and put frames around  the photos and videos.   

    You can  write short texts. You can put photos, videos and you can choose a background. It has ben a fantastic experience.

La fragua de Vulcano

La fragua de Vulcano, Velázquez.

Once upon a time five brothers who were wood makers were working at a wood angel figure.

The sculpture was very realistic and beautiful and one day a fairy watched the angel and turned it in a real angel who symbolized pace and love.

But, the angel did the opposite: war and destruction. Then, the five brothers stopped the angel with their power.
